Your Privacy Matters

MenuMate is designed with your privacy in mind. All your data stays on your device.

✅ Local Data Storage

Your profile, dietary preferences, allergies, and nutrition tracking data are stored locally on your device using secure storage. We do not collect, store, or have access to this information.

When you scan a menu, the image is processed by AI services (OpenAI GPT-4, Google Gemini, or DeepSeek) to provide nutrition analysis. Menu images are not stored after analysis. No personal information is sent with menu images.

💳 Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple’s App Store. We do not process or store payment information. All transactions go through Apple’s secure payment system.

❤️ HealthKit Integration

If you enable HealthKit sync, nutrition data will be shared with Apple Health. You control these permissions in iOS Settings. This data is not sent to our servers.

🚫 No Analytics or Tracking

MenuMate does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We do not track your usage, location, or behavior.

🔐 Your Data, Your Control

You can export your nutrition data at any time. Use ‘Reset All Settings’ to delete all local data from your device.
